CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

We love working with customers in need of customized apparel, but, before we begin, please read and make note of our custom order policy. Please contact us by telephone when you are ready to start designing. 
  • Initial consultation with client via phone, Skype or email to discuss proposals, designs, budget and time frame.
  • Approximate price will be discussed. 25% of estimated amount will be required to begin design process, gather costs and options of fabrics and embellishments, etc.
  • Sketches can be submitted via email and fabric swatches can be mailed to customer for approval.
  • Upon approval of garment design, fabric choice and embellishments, an additional 50% of the estimated costs must be received before construction begins.
  • Prior to garment completion, customer will be required to attend one fitting.
  • Miari will coordinate this fitting at said studio.
  • Upon completion of custom garment, customer pays the remaining balance via mail or online. Once payment has been received, delivery will be coordinated.
  • Please allow up to 8 weeks for garment completion. All deposits are non refundable
